We offer a revolving assortment of distinctive single-origin beans as well as exclusive Roasted Boon crafted blends. Using modest production methods daily we are able to approach each individual roast as an opportunity to elevate and preserve our quality and taste. Roasted Boon strives to instill in you a confidence that the conclusion of your bean’s journey will be a fantastic cup of coffee.
As we have been going along and buying more cups because we’re selling drinks —which is great, that's our goal — we also know the thousands of cups that we're buying are ending up in landfill. We have a responsibility to do something that's sustainable which is why all of our single-use hot and cold cups are recyclable here at The Roasted Boon Co.

A solid, pleasant new café here in Shaw that roasts its own well-sourced beans on-site. The roaster, in fact, sits in plain view to the left as you enter. I enjoyed a bold, refreshing iced americano and appreciated being able to recharge my phone for a bit in their large, comfortable, living room-like space inside. There’s plenty more sun-drenched space outside as this is a cornerfront venue.Service was friendly, engaging, and helpful too. Another excellent, local, independent find thanks to David H. and all you Yelpers out there!

Perfect cappuccino with a delicious huge almond croissant, warmed up, amazing! The staff is attentive and fun. Outdoor tables in spacious patio are all sanitized often. Indoor seating with cool wall murals offers a covid safe space with a few customers lounging on their laptops. Great cafe vibe.
